EVALUATE & ASSESS CLIENT’S CURRENT INFRASTRUCTURE AND ADVISE RESOURCES NEEDED TO RAPIDLY SCALE BUSINESS. DEVELOP & IMPLEMENT BUSINESS AND GTM OPERATING MODEL. DEFINE CROSS FUNCTIONAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES. ESTABLISH KPI’S AND TOOLS TO TRACK BUSINESS PERFORMANCE, INFORMING FUTURE FINANCIAL TARGETS.

PROJECT SCOPE:

  • develop S.O.P.’s  that enable the team execute a sustainable Supply/Product strategy that balances optimum inventory levels to drive and support meaningful sales while protecting company liquidity.  Disposition strategy for all inventory.

  • create the necessary processes and tools to drive focus and empower the team to leverage data from over the counter metrics that will inform strategic and thoughtful decisions as the business evolves over time.  Financial projections.

  • focus on product assortments that align with the brand’s commitment and deliver the results necessary to hit the company’s financial goals, i.e. revenue, profit, and inventory health.

  • partner with the team to ensure that the consumer experience is best in class for the user, consistently and accurately connects the narrative between product and messaging, delivers against the brand’s commitment to the environment and community, and always meets or exceeds all price/value equation commitments.

  • work closely with the merchandising and marketing teams to ensure that the brand delivers an integrated marketing tool to inform strategic decisions and proactively respond to critical business needs.

  • partner with the team to create and/or develop any broader tools and/or processes that will enable the business to be successful.

  • people/teams: develop and define functional team and individual roles, responsibilities, & KPI’s

  • establishing weekly, monthly, quarterly milestone meetings, and developing/implementing tools to set targets and track performance across several business metrics

RESULTS:

  • 100% of all deliverables were completed on time.
